Pricing
Prices published on this site are per unit, in US dollars, for equipment only. They exclude freight, applicable sales and use taxes, installation, and any site work. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice; the price confirmed on your order acknowledgement governs.
Payment terms
Orders require 35% down at the time of order, with the balance due prior to shipment. Equipment is sold outright. Blue Whale USA does not provide financing or leasing.
Delivery
Typical delivery is 30 to 60 days from receipt of deposit. Lead times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless separately confirmed in writing. Freight is quoted by destination ZIP code at the time of order. Title and risk of loss pass on delivery to the carrier.
Installation and site readiness
Installation, hookup, floorplan design and permitting are the buyer's responsibility. Gas line capacity, exhaust venting, water service, drainage and electrical service must be verified by appropriately licensed contractors before delivery. Blue Whale USA is not responsible for costs arising from inadequate site utilities.
Warranty
New equipment carries a two-year parts warranty from date of delivery. The warranty covers replacement parts only and excludes labour, freight on warranty parts, consumables, damage from improper installation, inadequate venting or utilities, misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modification. Design life ratings are engineering estimates, not warranties.
Returns
Equipment is made to order and is not returnable once shipped. Deposits are non-refundable except where Blue Whale USA is unable to fulfil the order.
Parts compatibility
Statements about cross-compatibility with other manufacturers' parts are provided in good faith as general guidance and are not a warranty of fit or performance in any specific application. Verify part numbers against your machine before ordering.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Blue Whale USA's liability is limited to the purchase price of the equipment. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost profits, or other consequential damages.
