Common questions
Start with total delivered cost — machine price plus freight plus install plus any required bases or hoses. Then warranty terms and what is excluded, parts availability and cross-compatibility, lead time in writing, and exactly what your utilities need to be.
Used makes sense when the discount is steep and you can inspect bearings and seals yourself. It rarely makes sense when new machines start at $3,895 — used machines carry no warranty, unknown bearing life, and the same utility cost as whatever you are replacing.
